Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Equipment

  Carefully disassemble your machine and pack it securely in its original packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and components are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger fitness units.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
